Our manufacturing process begins at the quarry

Here, rock walls weighing nearly 200 tons a piece are cut from the earth.

These are further cut to marble blocks of between 15 and 28 tons each.

Marble blocks are cut keeping in mind our client’s applications. We take into consideration the vein structure, physical homogeneity and chemical composition while marking blocks for cutting.

Cut marble blocks are then transported to our factory on custom trailers.

The next step along the way is at our factory

Fifty to a hundred marble slabs can be cut from each block on our gang-saws.

Slabs are cut to the client’s specified thickness with millimetre precision.

Surface finishing

Once cut, our marble slabs are treated with a custom combination of chemicals to enhance their physical properties and ensure good performance throughout their life

Treated slabs are then polished per the client’s requirements.
